From Shelter To Rescue in CT
Supportive rescues across the state help local municipal shelters when they become overcrowded, have a dog who is not doing well in a kennel environment, or require additional medical, behavioral, or specialized care. These dogs receive the vetting, training, and decompression they need before being placed up for adoption.
