Around 3 years old, this handsome, stocky boy is full of life and loves to explore. Whether it’s walks, sniffing out new places, or just being part of whatever you’re doing, Butters brings enthusiasm and joy everywhere he goes.

He knows his basic commands and enjoys engaging with his people—he’s smart, eager, and happiest when exploring. True to his nickname “Butterball,” he’s built like a tank and can be a bit of a bull in a china shop, so he’d do best in a home with older kids.

Butters is dog selective, but he has shown he can coexist calmly—he met a tiny Yorkie named Boo and didn’t mind him at all. With proper introductions and the right match, he could do well, but he may also thrive as your one-and-only.
