Meet Mrs. Merritt. She is a grey brindle and white pit bull, about 5 years old. Sadly, she was left behind on the Merritt Parkway, tied to a guardrail, and this is how she got her name. Mrs. Merritt likes to go for walks but can also be a bit of a couch potato and loves curling up on a cozy blanket! She has a silly and sweet personality. Mrs. Merritt would prefer to be the only pet in the home, to soak up all the attention for herself.
