After spending close to 3 years in a kennel to finally finding the right person… Getting adjusted to the outside life, gaining confidence & building trust… After 2 months of loving her new human, this poor pups whole world was again flipped upside down. Her human lost their life & this pup lost her sparkle. We express our heartfelt sympathy to her previous adopters family.
We are saddened to report that our sweet girl River is back at the Shelter, which shatters our hearts for her. She has been through a traumatic loss and is now back to the place she has spent so many lonely nights.
But her story isn’t over. River deserves a second chance and to let her happiest chapter begin. We know that her forever is out there and we won’t give up trying to find that.
Given the amount of stress she’s experienced, she would do best in a peaceful, low-key home where she can settle in at her own pace.
She’s been through more than her fair share, so we’re looking for a quiet, patient home where she can decompress and enjoy the love and stability she deserves.
