Our little guy has officially graduated from “Rescue Only” to “Qualified Applicants” after putting in the hard work, doing the emotional growth, and earning his Certified Good Boy credentials.
The pound can be stressful for any dog, but it can be especially overwhelming for the little ones. Theo needed a little time to settle in, decompress, and realize we were not, in fact, here to ruin his life. Once he started feeling safe, he began showing us the best parts of himself.
And let us tell you, the best parts are very cute.
Theo is still looking for the right kind of home. He will need someone calm, patient, and experienced with little dogs. Someone who understands that tiny gentlemen sometimes come with big feelings, and that trust is earned one snack, one gentle interaction, and one dramatic side-eye at a time.
We even tried to get Theo his big break as Sandy in a production of Annie, but unfortunately he was told he was “too little.”

To help him start his next chapter looking as handsome as possible, the Woof Pack will be offering Theo’s adopter a courtesy groom through one of our grooming partners.
So please give Theo a huge round of applause. He has worked hard, he has grown so much, and he is officially ready to meet qualified applicants who can continue helping him feel safe, loved, and spoiled absolutely rotten.
Theo may be small, but his comeback story is big!
