This is Toby.

Toby came to us as an owner surrender and by no fault of his own. Sometimes life just gets in the way. Toby is a super social,friendly,funny and affectionate guy. He gets along with everyone he meets and always has a wiggle to share. Toby gets along with other dogs but meet and greets are still required.
