2.5yr old, intact male, Great Pyrenees who was previously used to guard livestock. Shy with people at first, but warms up quickly. Seems to be good with other dogs and people. Unsure on cats as we have no way to test for that. Will need access to either a well contained farm or fenced in yard. Great Pyrenees are very large (100lbs and up) working breed. They are used to guard livestock from predators. Chronic escape artists, they need secure boundaries and a job. Pyrenees can, in some situations make great family pets if the owner is understanding of the breed’s needs and characteristics.
