Molson

Waterbury Animal Control | 200 Municipal Rd Waterbury, CT | 203-574-6909

Male | 1 Years Old | Pitty | Other Dogs Unknown

Molson is right around a year old.

He is still a puppy.

A big, goofy, wiggly, full-of-life pitty puppy who should be out seeing the world right now.

He should be splashing in rivers. Climbing mountains. Digging in beach sand. Rolling in the grass. Flopping dramatically onto someone’s couch after a long day of being the world’s silliest little adventure buddy.

Instead, Molson is growing up between three cinder block walls, with a water treatment facility on the other side of the fence.

That is his view.

That is his world.

And it is breaking our hearts.

Molson has had no interest. None. Not one person looking at him and saying, “That’s my dog.”

We don’t understand it, because this boy is joy in dog form. He is goofy. He is sweet. He is still so young. But kennel life is stressful, and he is starting to feel it.

He needs to run. He needs to play. He needs to be loved while he is still young enough to believe the whole world is waiting for him.

Because it should be.

Molson should not have to grow up here.
