Mountain Dairy Creamery is one of those stops that simply feels like a breath of fresh air.

This ice cream spot is located in Mansfield, CT and offers stunning rolling meadow views, some adorable cows, and places to simply sit and relax while the kiddos play on the giant wooden playground ship.

Taken straight from their website “ The ice cream is made at 483 Browns Road, as you come in the door on the side of the building, the ice cream making room is straight ahead with a viewing window to watch the ice cream being made on site.”

So while you can of course purchase some delicious ice cream and other milk, dairy and eggs products, you can also simply check out how it’s made and relax in the peacefulness of the country for awhile.
