Vehicles with CT license plates get to park for Free at all State Parks Year Round?

Connecticut launched the passport to the parks program that includes a surcharge on vehicle registration that eliminates the parking fee for all CT registered vehicles to park at any state park.

Some state parks also offer exhibits or tours that may require an additional fee but access to beaches, hiking, biking and all around exploring of the great outdoors at state parks is completely free!
